Lessons

 

We provide private lessons for adults and children at all levels whether you are an experienced rider who is looking to improve on your technique or a five year old looking for your very first pony experience.  Hats and body protectors are provided and insisted on, as safety is our primary concern.  Our ponies all have their own wonderful character and whilst they are all experienced and steady, they are not 'programmed' to trot mindlessly around the arena and are still sensitive to more gentle riding commands.   Lessons may include learning simple commands, practising steering, jumping, lunging, and general strength and balance.

Lessons are available Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the day and after school from 3.30pm. Saturday 8.00am, until 5.00pm. Sunday is a flexible day for beach rides, hacks, competitions and lessons.

We focus on individual lessons as we feel that this is a more effective way of learning to ride - however we do sometimes have more than one person in a lesson which is reflected in the pricing above.
